| What shipping method do you use? |
We use both CanPar ground (Canada) and UPS ground (USA) shipping. Rates vary depending on the weight, size, shape, destination and number of boxes of the total order. To see the shipping rate table, Click Here ***policies & shipping page.
| Do you offer Rush Deliveries? |
In most cases, our standard delivery time is 7-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
| Can I make a payment over the phone? |
As of November 2008, we do accept phone payments. We require:
- Major Credit Card
- Exact Name On The card
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- 3 Digit SSID Security Number - back right of card (usually next to card number)
- Current Valid Shipping Address (valid = anywhere USPS ships)
- Contact Phone Numbers
- Email Address
Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours barring unforseen circumstances. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide. Allow up to 14 business days for deliveries to major US cities.
| What payment methods do you accept? |
We accept all major credit cards, interac, e-cheque and bank payments through our secure Paypal merchant gateway at bugemporium.com. We also accept International certified cheques and money orders cashable in Canada. Uncashable payments money orders will be destroyed. *Please note that cheques will be held upon bank clearing which can take up to 30 days. *Some fees may apply.
Once you have chosen the items you want and put them in your shopping cart, simply select "Checkout". You will be redirected to www.paypal.com where you can pay for your purchases with any form of payment and currency (*some fees may apply). Once you have paid for your item, return to Bug Emporium and an invoice and shipping order will be created for us to send your products.
All orders under $150 are subject to a $10 handling fee which is what the fulfillment company charges to pick, package and label each order that they receive. In some cases the phrase "handling" can cover any admistration or miscellaneous that may be added to an invoice and the term "handling" will be used as a default term.

Is shipping different from handling and how so?

Yes. Shipping is the actual cost of getting your parcel from us to you. Handling is all the work and miscellaneous fees in between.

How do I care for my products once I have purchased?
|
We suggest for to run a soft lint-free cloth over your acrylic products. You may use a cleaner - however, check with the manufacturer's instructions first and see that it can be used on acrylic without damaging the product. If is doubt - don't use a cleaning agent, as most often a simple lint-free cloth is sufficient for polishing your product.
| Do you have other products that can be seen on the website? |
Yes we do! We have a huge selection of changing products that are being added to our site all the time. Check our website often or ask to be put on our mailing list for upcoming additions and specials.
