In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 14 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items that are reported defective within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 14 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of BugEmporium.Com.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers as Bug Emporium offers no other warranty either expressed or implied. Bug Emporium is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items reported defective within 14 days of receipt and deemed an acceptable claim will be replaced or refunded at the companies discretion. Claims reported after 14 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced, repaired or ineligible for refund at the discretion of Bug Emporium.
SHIPPING TIMES
*OVERSEAS SHIPPING INCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc. will be billed additional shipping separately as per destination. 
**RUSH ORDERS require special attention.  Please include instructions on the order and call us (MST) to make arrangements. All in-stock items normally ship within 10-14 business days from the time your order is received at the warehouse. Orders are usually shipped via CanPar (Canada) or UPS (USA & International - International orders subject to overseas times & pricing) and all delivery times are approximate and subject to change via CanPar/UPS delivery zones, weather, holidays, etc. In most cases shipping time averages 10-14 business days from the day that the order was placed, however allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for delivery, 6-8 weeks out of country.  Any "out of stock" items will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.  BugEmporium.Com retains the right to ship substitutes of equivalent value in case of out of stock, discontinued or back ordered items. Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts are applied.

CanPar and UPS shipping rates are based on total parcel weight regardless of order size.  Other premium carriers can be requested like FedEx, etc.

BACK ORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on back order after you have placed an order with us, we will do our best to notify you within 48 hours of the order received and find the best resolution. Bugemporium.com reserves the right to substitute products of equivalent value due to shortages, out-of-stock and/or back ordered items.

CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
