WARRANTIES
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. Bug Emporium offers no other warranty either expressed or implied. Bug Emporium is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items that are reported defective within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. SHIPPING TIMES
All in-stock items normally ship within 10-14 business days from the time your order is received at the warehouse. Orders are usually shipped via Canpar (Canada) or UPS (USA & International) and all delivery times are approximate and subject to change via CanPar/UPS delivery zones, weather, holidays, etc. In most cases shipping time averages 10-14 business days from the day that the order was placed, however allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for delivery. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 6-8 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances. We contact customers for backordered/discontinued items.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
Canpar and UPS shipping rates are based on total parcel weight regardless of order size.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
TAXES

BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will do our best to notify you within 48 hours of the order received and find the best resolution. Bugemporium.com reserves the right to substitute products of equivalent value due to shortages, out-of-stock and/or backordered items.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customersupport@bugemporium.com to cancel an order.
PAYMENTS
All NSF payments will be charged a $35.00 administration fee (equivalent to the banking system NSF fees) which is to be paid immediately by money order.
